1. Collect Sample
   Use the provided swab to collect a fresh fecal sample from the dog.
2. Prepare the Sample
   Insert the swab into the buffer tube and mix thoroughly to release the antigen.
3. Apply to Test Device
   Add 4 drops of the mixed solution into the sample well of the Parvo test cassette.
4. Wait for Results
   Allow the test to run undisturbed for 10 minutes (recommended - results may appear sooner).
5. Read Results
   Positive: Two lines appear (control + test line) — indicates canine parvovirus in dogs.
   Negative: One line appears at the control — no detectable parvovirus in dogs.
   Invalid: No control line appears — repeat test with a new device.
