The e-collar may be too small for your pet, we would recommend sizing up. Another possible issue could be that the cone is sitting too low on your pet’s neck. Use the loops to secure to your pet’s personal identification collar and comfortably tighten the collar to fit higher up the neck.

This e-collar is a great option for temporary use, however, many pets have a better e-collar experience in a Preferred Collection long-term cone.
