For Online Store Purchases Only
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through kvpvet.com.
If you bought a KVP product from a distributor, veterinary clinic, or retail store, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility
We’re happy to accept returns when:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original retail condition.
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
- You cover the cost of return shipping.
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Email orders@kvpvet.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used medical/protective products
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact orders@kvpvet.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
