How To

Choose the Right Size
Select the correct Betsy™ E-Collar size based on your pet's neck measurement.
Secure to the pet's identification collar
Attach the collar loops (the shorter straps found along the arched edge when the cone is laid flat) to an unclasped ID collar.
Position Around the Neck
Gently position the cone (already secured to the unclasped ID collar) around the dog’s neck, making sure the wider opening faces forward and fully covers the head. Fasten the ID collar, then use the longer weave closure strap to secure the cone into its final shape.
Check Fit:
Ensure the cone is snug but not tight; two fingers should fit comfortably between the collar and the neck. Confirm the dog’s nose doesn’t extend past the edge of the cone.
