How To

Choose the Right Size:

Select the appropriate size for your pet by measuring the neck circumference and consulting the size chart. Ensure the cone extends just past the nose to prevent licking or biting.

Open the Cone:

Identify the cinch-tight toggle and Lycra® neckline. Gently extend the toggle to its widest setting

Slide Over the Head:

Carefully slip the EZ Soft™ over your pet’s head with the Lycra® neckline sitting comfortably around the neck.

Adjust the Fit:

Use the cinch-tight toggle to adjust the collar for a snug but comfortable fit. It should be secure enough to stay in place, but loose enough to allow normal breathing and movement.

Check Mobility:

Make sure your pet can walk, eat, and lie down comfortably while wearing the e-collar. If not, readjust as needed.

Supervise and Monitor:
