ALHE Pro™

The ALHE Pro™ Test is a rapid, in-clinic diagnostic tool designed to detect four major vector-borne diseases in dogs with a single sample. This reliable canine diagnostic test screens for Lyme disease (Borrelia burgdorferi antibody), Ehrlichia canis antibody, Anaplasma antibody, and canine heartworm (Dirofilaria immitis antigen) in just 5 to 10 minutes.

Ideal for use in general practices, emergency clinics, or mobile veterinary units, this easy-to-use test delivers fast results using whole blood, serum, or plasma. Its lateral flow immunochromatographic design requires no special equipment and provides clear visual results, helping veterinarians quickly assess and treat patients.

Each test kit comes complete with a test cassette, assay buffer, EDTA blood collection tube, dropper, and instructions; everything needed for efficient in-house diagnostics. 1. Collect Sample
Draw whole blood from the dog and transfer to the included EDTA tube. Alternatively, prepare plasma or serum via centrifugation.

2.Prepare the Test
Open the sealed foil pouch and place the test cassette on a flat, clean surface. Use the kit within 10 minutes of opening.

3. Apply Sample
Add 1 drop (20 µL) of whole blood or plasma to each sample well. Immediately follow with 4 drops (100 µL) of assay buffer per well.

4. Wait for Results
Allow the test to develop for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.

5.Read the Results
Positive: Both a control line (C) and a test line (T) appear.
Negative: Only the control line (C) is visible.
Invalid: No control line appears—repeat test with a new device.

Note: Store kits between 2–30°C and avoid freezing or direct sunlight. If chilled, let them sit at room temperature for 15–30 minutes before use; stable for 24 months.
