Watch our video on how to apply the Calmer e-collar. Start with looping your pet’s personal identification collar through the stretchy loops one one end of the recovery cone. Attach your pet’s personal identification collar like normal, with the attached e-collar facing forward. Use the velcro on either side to fasten into a cone-like shape.
For a light clean of the Calmer recovery cone surface, you can take a damp towel and wipe the surface. For a deeper clean, handwash with a mild soap in warm water and line dry. Can be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
The grey edge is a reflective edge for safety in darker environments.
It is not recommended to leave the EZ Feed opening open all of the time. Some longer faced breeds would be able to get around it if they were able to fit their face perfectly through that space.
That is our EZ-Feed opening that allows pets to eat and drink without taking off their e-collar. That way pet parents don’t have to worry about catching their pet and reapplying as soon as they’re done eating, just remember to close once they are done for complete protection.
