2. Prepare the Sample
Insert the swab into the buffer tube. Swirl thoroughly to mix and extract the Giardia antigen into the solution. Cap the tube and let it sit for a few seconds.

3. Apply to Test Device
Add 4 drops of the prepared sample solution into the sample well of the test cassette.

4. Wait for Results
Allow the test to run undisturbed for 10 minutes (recommended - do not read results after 20 minutes).

Apply to Test Device
Add 4 drops of the mixed solution into the sample well of the Parvo test cassette.

5. Read Results
Positive: Two lines appear (control + test)
Negative: One line appears (control only)
Invalid: No control line appears — retest with a new device
