Before You Begin:
• Make sure all test components and samples are at room temperature (15–35°C / 59–95°F).
• Use whole blood (EDTA), serum, or plasma. Ensure samples are fresh and properly stored.
• Do not open the foil pouch until ready to test.

1. Prepare the Sample
   For whole blood, gently invert the tube 10 times after collection. For serum/plasma, separate using a centrifuge or allow blood to settle.
2. Open the Test Cassette
   Tear open the foil pouch and place the test on a flat, clean surface. Label the cassette with sample ID if needed.
3. Add the Sample
   Use the provided pipette to add 2 drops (approx. 50µL) of sample to the sample well.
4. Add the Diluent
   Immediately add 2 drops of sample diluent to the same well.
5. Start Timer
   Wait 20 minutes before reading the results. Do not interpret results after 50 minutes. Positive: Two red lines (T line + C line) = Pregnant. Negative: One red line (C line only) = Not Pregnant. Invalid: No C line = Test Failed (repeat test).
Note: A faint T line still indicates pregnancy.
