A Return Agreement (RA) number will be issued upon submission. Include the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Important:

All returns must be authorized via an RA. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
You are responsible for proper packaging and shipping costs to our facility (unless covered under warranty).
Warranty coverage: 24 months parts and labor from date of purchase.
Warranty may be void if the pump has been opened, modified, or used with non-approved accessories/fluids.
