How To
Prepare the E-Collar
Unfold the soft e-collar and ensure the collar is clean and fully expanded to its natural shape.
Position Around the Neck
Gently slide the collar over your pet’s head so it rests comfortably around the neck. The wider end should face outward.
Adjust for Fit
Use the built-in drawstring tie to secure the collar snugly but not too tightly. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your pet’s neck for comfort and safety.
Check Movement and Visibility
Ensure your pet can move their head freely, see without unnecessary obstruction, and perform everyday activities like eating, drinking, and sleeping.
Invert for Alternative Coverage (if needed)
For additional or alternative protection, the collar can be gently flipped to adjust the direction of coverage depending on the area needing protection (ex: protection of shoulders and nothing else).
Monitor and Re-adjust
Regularly check the fit and condition of the soft e-collar. Adjust the tie if needed to ensure continued comfort and effectiveness.
Washing Tips
The EZ Flex™ is hand- washable. Wash with a gentle soap, rinse, and wipe dry before reapplying.
